VIP Assist India is a premium travel brand operated by Travel Blooper. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all airport assistance and concierge services provided by us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on www.vipassistindia.com. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Key Definitions
Service(s): Refers to the "VIP Meet & Greet" and airport assistance services offered by VIP Assist India.
Booking: The formal reservation made via our Online Engine or offline through our support team.
Guest: The traveler receiving the service.
Agent: Any individual or corporate entity booking services on behalf of a traveler.
No-Show: When a traveler fails to meet our representative at the designated point within the stipulated timeframe.
2. Scope of Airport Assistance
Our services are designed to provide a "Seamless Airport Journey" across three primary flows:
- Departure: Kerbside greeting, porter assistance, check-in coordination, and escorting to the boarding gate or lounge.
- Arrival: Greeting at the aircraft exit/gate, fast-track through immigration (where available), baggage assistance, and escorting to your vehicle.
- Transit: Gate-to-gate transfers, flight tracking, and assistance with tight connections or layovers.
3. Booking & Payment Policies
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon written confirmation from our team. Please ensure all flight details and contact numbers provided are accurate.
Billing Authority: All financial transactions, invoices, and billing are processed under our parent entity, Travel Blooper. Transaction fees or bank charges for international cards are the responsibility of the client.
4. Conditions of Service
- Identification: Guests must identify themselves to the greeter or call the 24/7 support number provided on the service voucher.
- Compliance: We operate within the rules of the Bureau of Immigration and Indian Customs. We do not offer "expedited" legal clearance; we provide assistance and navigation through standard procedures.
- Punctuality: Departure services typically begin 3 hours prior for international and 2 hours prior for domestic flights. A grace period of 20 minutes is provided from the scheduled meeting time, after which the booking may be treated as a No-Show.
- Baggage: Porter service covers up to 3 pieces of standard-sized luggage per unit. We are not liable for baggage delays or damage caused by airline handlers.
5. Liability & Limitations
VIP Assist India acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for delays caused by flight cancellations, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Our liability is strictly limited to the re-performance of the service or a refund of the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Prohibited Activities
We reserve the right to decline service in cases of misconduct, unlawful activity, or if the guest is found to be in breach of airport security protocols. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
