Cancellation & Refund Policy

At VIP Assist India (a brand of Travel Blooper), we strive to provide seamless airport concierge services. As our services involve pre-coordinated logistics with airport authorities, the following cancellation and refund terms apply. Please note that all billing and refund processing is managed by Travel Blooper.

Delhi & Other Indian Airports

Cancellation & Amendment Charges:

  • More than 48 hours prior: 5% of total booking charges.
  • Between 48 to 24 hours prior: 50% cancellation charges applicable.
  • Less than 24 hours prior: 100% cancellation charges applicable (No Refund).

Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad

Cancellation & Amendment Charges:

  • More than 72 hours prior: 10% of the total invoice amount as a processing fee.
  • Between 72 to 48 hours prior: 50% cancellation charges applicable.
  • Less than 48 hours prior: 100% cancellation charges applicable (No Refund).

Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation or refund request is approved by our operations team, the refund will be initiated by Travel Blooper to your original bank account or payment method within 6 to 12 working days.
